Mike Will Made-It is known for producing such woozy club hits like Rihanna’s “Pour It Up” and Cyrus’ “We Can’t Stop.” Now he is looking to be the headlining artist on “23,” his new single. The synthy hip-hop banger sees Mike team up with Cyrus, Khalifa and Juicy J. The last two mentioned deliver some slick raps on the track. Miley also gets in on the action with some rhymes of her own. “I back it up because I don’t give a f*ck,” she says. That is something Cyrus has made known since her she released “We Can’t Stop” and performed it on MTV’s Video Music Awards.

“23″ previews Mike Will Made-It’s new album, “Est. in 1989, Pt. 3.” Cyrus recently premiered the music video for “Wrecking Ball,” which sees the former Disney starlet swinging on an actual wrecking ball in her birthday suit.
